We bought the supermain.com.my offer (super combo collection for 4 pax) and made reservation through phone and sms each day before, only to ensure that they will have desk for the 3 folks (and also a toddler, We requested for babychair and the person-in-cost said he'dreserve a single for me). Whenever we reached there, told the waitress in relation to my reservation, she went directly into ask someone else and she arrived, walked directly to the trunk of the cafe to take purchase of 1 of the desk, without telling us where was our desk or anything, simply leaving us stood there as an idiot (the largest problem is, I didn't see any desk with the reserved sign). After that we requested another waitress, and she why don't we choose the desk we want (what on earth, shouldn't the table prepare yourself with a babychair since i have had currently made the reservation each day ahead?!?!) Fine, after that she passed us all the menu, we had been flipping through the beverage menu for just awhile and she kept rushing people what drinks we wish to purchase (the waitress didn't appear to have any persistence to wait, or to intro the beverages). Talking about the meals, the beef has been overcooked, whereas the fish had not been cooked properly. We informed the waitress about any of it, what she stated was:"Fish not cooked correctly? That is impossible.", and that is ALL the reaction we got. No apology no whatsoever, and she produced us believe that we had been the bossy customers who have been attempting to create problems in their mind. Oh well, this is my last stop by at Culture Village @ K Golf club. Food isn't pricey, however the untrained personnel and the not-so-delicious meals could just easily drive any customer away,
