The customer beverages is on the collection counter for a lot more than 30min, the crew don't even border to contact the clients or personally delivery, I assume they have their very own version of customer support.

They dont know the distinctions between coffee or without coffee, ice cube or ice blended and repeating exactly the same mistakes after three times requesting for a straightforward ice chocolate.

They call the client by waving her hand gesturing ahead to collect their beverages. Is that regular servicing procedure?? What eventually calling customers brands with a pleasant smile?
