Best roasted duck within Kuching. I've tried virtually all roasted duck areas I can find which is fingers down the very best shop. The skin will be crispy with that savoury flavor you obtain only by slower roasting. The flesh continues to be juicy once you bite into it. If you are around the region, you need to drop by and check it out.
