26 feb around 3pm. two of the employees were rude. when i entered the store, those two were considering me and laughed. idk why?? and as soon as i wanted to move, one of these shouted “bye” if you ask me. it had been rude and an unwanted activity to strangers. i sensed harassed and embarrassed. pls consider some actions.

That is my far the very best Shell station I’ve ever visited. The cashier, Sarina she’s extremely attentive, friendly and services is outstanding! She deserves a 6star!! The meals is clean and toilet is thoroughly clean!! Like seriously, I’m just a little ocd and the toilet is clean!! Done well!

Hati-hati kat shell sini, personnel kaunter depan curi voucher minyak aku. Aku bagi 5 voucher, dia kata ada 4 sahaja. Isi pada 13jan22 jam 8am pam 4.
