Positive They had the very best western grill and pasta. The meals quality is superb. Also some of the meals is usually overprice but its completely worthwhile. Great ambience. Negative Super poor service from all employees. You need to wait for very long time for foods toarrive. When you create a table, private area booking and special demand, make sure they stay with it and no last second changes. Be sure you examine your bill, item cost by them must verify one at a time. Their major and lame excuses will be these were no manpower and lacking employees whereby we as a visitors don't value that. Recovery Process The administration and all employees should undergo food and beverage service skill and effective communication training. That's my greatest advise for them, as long as they intent to cultivate themselves in the market.

Food was good. Atmosphere is great. We were within an older bungalow, and our desk had been on the verandah. Service wasn’t. There have been 7 of us. We'd to hold back, and eat as so when your orders came, that was an extended timeapart. So supper was looking at buddies eating and being viewed when you’re eating; given that some us purchased slow cooked meals, but we’re just told when we questioned why it’s taken such a long time. The maitre d only came by the end asking if all orders were delivered when she must have come in the start and advise us in order that our orders could get together. If you have a celebration to celebrate and you also don't want too formal nor fancy, this is actually the place. Sufficient ambient to create your feeling for a special supper. Wanted to obtain the popular Purple Monkey cheesecake since all of us were there by prospect. The cheesecakes are excellent but their provider was awful. Several ten of the household, we had a collecting at rimba by loft and the meals is tasty ( mostly western menu). Support a bit slow because of the crowd having supper. Here they just accept cash, no bank cards just imagine ifyour expenses totaled to some hundred ringgits .

I am here since this past year. It was excellent, back 2019. Somehow the assistance and the meals is declining in high quality. Food portion gets smaller, taste and high quality poorer. The service, I could say, the crew trying difficult to giving best tothe customers, however the system is sucks. The final time I came, was the worst and I produced promise that was the final time I ever visit RIMBA. 1. The program was super late. 2. Cannot manage large crowd. 3. Food high quality was super poor. 4. Most of the item was Unavailable (we arrived at 8pm) If keep on in this manner, I really believe rimba will near down, exactly like its neighbour
