We'd a booking for 16 pax of grownups and children for supper and beverages. Upon arrival and getting seated before 8pm, we were educated that the kitchen had not been accepting any foods orders because of "overpowering orders". We were well informed that futher orders willonly end up being entertained in 1.5 hours. We were forced to get other dinner choices for our kids elsewhere. Completely unacceptable. We grownups continued with this drinks and after 1.5 hours of waiting, we were informed that only nachos were designed for dinner. Really unprofessional of these for not really informing us that meals had go out despite not really being very crowded. Nevertheless, the only real helpful staff there have been Stephen and Peter. Since we frequently go to the Puteh bar everytime we have been in Kuantan.... Hopefully the higher management can look into this and deal with this issue.

The environment, without doubt was good. But , the service has been super slow… SUPER SLOW. When u looking for any employee to check out, some will response you, “ don’t request me, I can’t check” Some will ask u “Please talk with those male waiters“ Some will answer you, “ ok, I look for u”--but the solution never come. Maybe is really a busy day, I could accept it but We can’t accept the solution given. I believe the very best management of the one who own this cafe will experience ????, if this sort of attitude gonna keep on can this bar nevertheless running good? We get to here around 6:30pm, till 8:20pm my food even now not yet serve surface finish! Can you imagine? Let comment concerning the food.. hmm!
