Sangat2 lambat utk servis bgkus roti canai... Sangat berbeza dgn dine in... Setiap kali beli, mesti lebih dari sejam menunggu bahagian bungkus.. Org yg dine in dh berpuluh org keluar masuk pun, roti yg bungkus belum siap.. Sangat2 x di suggest kalau nk bungkus utk bwk bekal ke tempat kerja atau nk bersarapan cpt tp bkn dine in... Rugi sebab makanan sedap.. Tp servis bungkus mcm diabaikan sbb bukan semua org suke dine in.. Lagi satu, yg mane mereka kenal, nk bungkus terus dpt.. X adil sbb org dh lame purchase terpakse menunggu lg switch angkara org yg potong queue...
