An insightful encounter.The meals is truly amazing, probably the most simplest of cooking taken to perfection.Getting into the restaurant, I really believe many would issue themselves after considering the bigger than average costs. But if people pays substantial amount for natural fish, that's sliced and positioned on a roll of rice, then to those that have tasted the meals made by the humble however charismatic chef of Redang Moon, you can easily find justification.The easy however elegantly grilled seafood retained all of the sweetness that it has. Offered with Soy sauce blended with chilli developed onsite, with a bowl of whitened rice playfully introduced in the form of a center, the flavour had been to die for.My friends and I actually ordered a grilled Reddish Snapper and a more substantial than typical squid, with poultry satay (chicken is indeed mainland). The supper was filling, the environment over searching the beach from the hill has been stunning, the moon was huge and vivid.To those people who have the means, We humbly urged for you to try the meals here, then maybe you might know how a dinner here's an island encounter in its right.
