Easy car parking and accessibility from major road. Unfortunately few options of seafood during our outing. However the service is quick with decent fresh ocean meals, from ikan bakar to tomyam etc. Recommended rather than to forget, affordable total bill by the end.

We ordered, ikan talapia masak 3 rasa, sotong bakar sambal and udang goreng tepung and 2 drinks. . Total rang around rm110, its alright because we took a lot of udang anyways, nevertheless worth the price. The area was packed. Maybe because of peak period,we went through the awal muharam weekend. Nonetheless it was beyond our anticipations. Layanan bagus jugak. Must test!
