I give 2 superstars for the cleanliness & hygiene of the meals and the eating place itself.. I eat at mama kim wellness in terengganu.. Yes, the flavor of the food never to poor n consider healthy.. Enough time i had been there, no various other customer around however the floors weren't clean, tissue right here & theres n virtually all the desk look sticky & not correctly wipe.. While consuming the soup i came across ants, initially only 1 therefore i dont complain however when i cont consuming a found another 2 and the as hair inside.. after that, i questioned them to change.. fortunately the entertain my demand.. There’s waiter however they are occupied chit chatting at counter, that produce my daughter need to go delivered the purchase receipt at the counter… I believe that the initial & last time i'll eat there.

The client service was so poor. Obtained yelled at by way of a chinese guy on the phone inquiring me to cancel my get order bcos that is not accessible. HOW CONVENIENT TO SUDDENLY YELL AT Individuals WHEN IT'S NOT MY FAULT? CAKAP ELOK-ELOK CANNOT KE? this type of turn off. Evidently when i talked to my close friends i am not by yourself in receiving poor therapy out of this restaurant. Sayonara
