During lunchtime, my sis and We went to among the food center. My sis purchased a bowl of salted seafood fried rice. I believed it is a typical recipe that is adding salted seafood to the rice. But, amazingly, the waiter offered mefried rice and smelly anchovies. therefore, what the hell with the anchovies. I'd like salted fish not really the SMELLY ANCHOVIES

After travelling the beach, myself and my friends made a decision to have an instant fix to your stomach. All of the food were horrible. Every stall sells nearly a similar thing! Fried seafood balls etc. The meals wasn't nice. We purchase noodle soup, the soupwas taseless. Nevertheless the Ice Kacang had been alright, but it's too lovely with syrup bandung. There's one stall called 'Burger king' but it's only open during the night and something certain days, in addition they near by 10.30pm! Not recommended to move if your seeking to try authentic terengganu meals.

We were told that certain of the must try meals in KT may be the seafood fritters (ikan, udang, sotong goreng tepung). Therefore after travelling at the seaside, we decided to try this infamous foods at the stall close by. Apparently, all of the stalls thereselling these several items. So simply we just randomly opt for stall and picked our options of seafood. All the meals are overpriced. We'd a squid fritter which arrived a cost of RM23! We also pointed out that there's only the couple of fresh seafood to end up being chose because so many of it are simply frozen processed seafood such as for example fish cake, fish golf ball, crab stick, etc. Just these items are usually consider cheaper as its RM2 per sticks of 3 parts. To add to our disappointment, the flavor wasn't worthwhile too. The batter they used to layer the seafood before strong frying it had been almost tasteless.

I've just tried one stall as of this food courtroom and it's known as "Nasi Ayam Yunnan", a Hainanese-style poultry rice outlet work by Muslims. The poultry rice is decent - could be a little bit salty, but with small chicken rice choices in KT, that one isok to go to a few times.

Don't waste materials your time and effort & money here. The name says everything. Want some fresh & tasty "Ikan Celup Tepung" aka ICT? Head to Pantai Telok Ketapang rather. It isn't that very definately not Batu Buruk, just 15-20mins drive I believe. The reviews thereare much more positive. However, only the Atmosphere Kelapa/Nyor(new coconut) drinks is great. Note: I've attempted ICT with Dungun's beach plus they are way much better than those on Batu Buruk Food Center.

We made a decision to come here directly after we can't come across other restaurants helping traditional Terengganu food close to Batu Buruk seaside for lunch to your liking. There's lots of stalls but many of them is shut so that is why there's few choices I believe. :/We just like the coconut beverage, it's clean! There's fruits rojak as well which is a little bit spicy. On the stall where we ate they offer combined rice, seafood fritters or referred to as ikan celup tepung (ict) here. It is possible to order fresh cooked aspect dishes with rice as well unless you want blended rice or whether it's too late currently for lunch. Price is really a bit pricey if the food high quality and flavor is on a single par with the purchase price then that's acceptable. Cleanliness ought to be improved. Simply keep it clear and I'm certain we'll feel convenient to eat here. It isn't fair should they don't maintain it clear when beside this meals centre is a stunning shore. Oh, while we're there the toilets isn't functioning properly. The drinking water has gone out so it's tough whenever we need to utilize it. :P The administration of the public facilities have to take notice. I hope they offer more traditional Terengganu food items here or possibly they carry out but we didn't see or even found it as we're in a rush to move to other places in those days. But it will likely be nice should they serve conventional Terengganu kuehs, cakes, nasi dagang and nasi kerabu for breakfast. Should they do, believe me customers can make comebacks.

Came here to searches for Nasi Dagang but sold-out. End upward we try out this stall that acts Nasi Ayam Yunnan, Amazingly actually tastes delicious. Quite nice because of the soy sauce they utilized but really goes properly with sambal chili which all fits in place withthe chicken. Close to beach so great spot to eat and spending some time at a beach.
