This restaurant was an end inside our firefly tour. The area is pretty standard, the food is great (but I have no idea the purchase price) and sunlight was very beautiful!

Found this restaurant for meals recently. We covered the prawn at RM100 per kilo and felt quite annoyed at what we noticed on the helping plate. The largest prawn that we may find can hardly filled how big is the soup spoon.Two of the tiniest prawn could just fill up the serving spoon. I'll not patronise this restaurant any more.

We had an excellent lunch here after going to Melawati Hill monkey journey (fab & free) Nice setting about the river deck with great breeze You select your fish or prawns etc from the live tanks & its ready to your liking Great food & wellpresented

We came here within a private tour prior to going to the fireflies. The food had been all booked for all of us and a wonderful desk overlooking the river. Food was quick ahead. It's was wonderful. We weren't provided a hammer or cracker to openthe crab that was annoying and sadly the kids who seemed to draw out all of the foods didn't understand us also it was difficult to obtain a waitress. Nice dinner though and good view

We came here within a tour to start to see the firefly recreation area, and it’s crystal clear this place just exists to appeal to bus crowds for exactly the same cause. No selection of food, and that which was served has been mediocre at greatest - the fish wasfine, however the prawns weren't good. To top everything off, I acquired bad meals poisoning from something I acquired right here and sensed awful for times! Avoid no matter what, or be careful in the event that you end up right here within a fireflies tour - far better just purchase a coconut drinking water and leave the meals.

Our guide brought people here within a private visit of Kuala Selongor and prior to going to the fireflies. The dinner was already purchased by him, for all of us and he organized for a wonderful desk overlooking the river. The meals came quickly and wasvery good.. Assistance was a little rudimentary but I liked the crab quite definitely! All of those other meal items were furthermore good and the look at was very nice.

Even though view was nice, the cafe big, clean and the service acceptable to good, the meals quality meant that eating place unfortunately must rate among the worst seafood dining places we've eaten in, my partner, who's Chinese Malaysian, actually called itthe worst !! We had the next seafood meals: Tom Yum infant lobster in the coconut, deep fried child squid, Mantis Prawns and Oyster Omellete. The infant lobster had been either overcooked or unfresh (or both) since it was extremely difficult to peel from the lime the shell release a the meat (if you ask me this results in unfresh), it was exactly the same with the Mantis Prawns (ie unfresh or overcooked, or both). The serious fried infant squid was as tough as rock and virtually impossible to munch on. The Oyster Omlette has been nearly edible but once again was very difficult (overcooked) and was significantly lacking in real oysters. The Dragon veggie dish had been the only real acceptable / good dish we'd !! We ended making half the food, it certainly was that bad. Furthermore it wasn't cheap. My wife called on the captain / supervisor to bitterly complain concerning the food quality, and have why the seafood had not been refreshing given the coastal and interface location ?? The supervisor stated he had no handle on the cooks (what ????) and they were foriegn, I've heard some quite lame excuses for low quality but this was simply redicuolous in the severe. After much dialogue he did provide us a RM20 lower price on the infant lobster dish (though it still price us RM 34). For me avoid this cafe, there are many others to pick from which from encounter are vastly superior. Hugely disappointing.

It is range but super expensive review to other restaurants accessible around that region! Ordered fish also it came out little one, and the waitress stated the seafood suppose was a large one and billed heavier pounds. Argued with her after that only she mentioned mostlykitchen weighted wrong catch wrong table! Head to other restaurants rather than this, they're serving way too many tourists specifically those engaged with traveling agencies and probably that is one of the cause they putting knife in some other clients whom they thought could be one time visit. Not worthwhile at all.

When entering this location you can find tanks and tubs of clean seafood so that you can pick from. Other meats may also be available. We visited here about a trip for the Fireflies and our menu was pre-selected so struggling to touch upon value. Our food consistedof Lovely and Sour seafood, chilli crab, seasoned veggies, crumbed prawns (unpeeled) and fried rice. We simply had to cover any drinks that have been a fair price. The crab was still in its shell, so my kids didn't have an excessive amount of because they found it frustrating for very little meat. The setting is wonderful by the river and we were fortunate to get a power storm that we may possibly also watch. Make sure you use repellent because the mosquitoes are nasty upon dusk. We spent just more than an hour there, that was more than enough to eat and also have a few drinks.

With the meals ordering, the eating place owner serving us with giving the very best serving and discount for all of us. the meals very delicious and sensible. A little dissatisfied point is way too many people & client when we eating inside but with completely SOP applied. Can recommendedfriend go and can return dining again.
