I visited chawan citta mall and they were the circulation of terrible experience 1. would like to purchase fried banana , the waiter stated no fried banana nowadays, banana finished ( ok good) 2. Okay i quickly ordered, tauhu bakar. Okay he took myorder. 3. After 10 minutes returned and mentioned tauhu bakar completed and recommended tauhu goreng with kuah kacang. Okay i ordered that great. 4. After 5-10 minutes returned to state the kuah kacang completed.. If you were the client, exactly what will u guys feel? I quickly called the restaurant supervisor to see my dissastisfaction. I described the movement, he responded: 1. Yes we've staff problem, i've kitchen personnel shortage. I my personal have no leave going back two weeks 2. Client dont understand us usually desire to complaint service bad but we have been having problem the client in no way consider. If u possess suggestions on how best to improve inform me how???( ohhh you're the main one who got support tax fee of 10% and large profit percentage at 200% yet complaining to client like this????
