Big portion however taste was just normal. Didn't meet the expectation but overall was just fine. Service is fast. Self-service allows you to take the sources(wasabi) etc yourself.

Loved the spicy udon!! But i feel it a bit pricey for the tempura which costs Rm4++ for a piece. The udon bowl cones in 2 sizes if im not mistaken, normal or large. Even the normal bowl is a lot for me. Btw, I love udon so I was considering to order the large bowl but thank God I didn't. The flavour of the soup is there and as you can see in the picture, you can always add on the chillies and pepper on your own. Bottomless green tea about RM1.50 so you just take the glass at the cashier and fill on your own. Perfect when you're having a spicy bowl of udon hehe

Perfect place when I need a quick japanese meal fix. Yoshinoya in Japan is really famous for their gyūdon (beef bowl) but my favorite here is always the spicy chicken katsu!! Taste is authentic and will definitely not disappoint. Not in the mood for rice? Head on next door to the conveniently joint Hanamaru Udon!

Ordered an Ontama Spicy Yakiniku (regular size for RM15.80) as my dinner. It tasted like a wrong combination of things, as if trying to mix japanese, korean and local food together. Hard to describe. I will probably try a different menu next time, but not this one for sure. Regretted choosing this.

话说我和欧巴自从日本自助旅游回来后就患上了不轻的相思病。我们思念的可不是对方,而是日本那里的食物。尤其是,Gyudon(牛肉盖饭)。因为我们到日本的第一餐就是吃那个了。这天,我们来到了 Midvalley 逛街。正烦恼着要吃什么的时候,欧巴就向上一望,指着那个吉野家,想一慰相思之苦。

always craving for their gyudon, a bowl of warm rice topped with thin-sliced beef cooked in japanese sauce and caramelized sauteed onion, added a poach egg. when you open the egg, the yolk nicely melts down, and it gets better when you mix it together.for more food journey, visit : theliviosta.blogspot.com

This is where i will go when i have no idea what to eat in mid valley. Self service restaurant, hence no service tax and the price for the food is really reasonable. I'll say is a half self service restaurant as there are waiter to clean up the table after the customer left. The udon is not bad at all, you can add on tempura or chawanmushi to perfect your meal. The beef rice bowl is good tho.

This is the right place when you crave for cheap japanese foods. The menu is pretty simple and make things easier for the customers to make their choices. Ordered the Beef Yakiniku and Salad. The portion of the salad is quite big considering the price that I had to pay.

One of the better Japanese places in Kuala Lumpur. Has a more limited menu than other places but doesn't disappoint. Good ambience with a reliable service. The chicken bowls taste great if a little under spiced. The prices are decent and not expensive.
