Quick Review: 1. Restaurant Layout: Left - Rice; Middle - Drinks; Right - Udon (popular) 2. Price: Decent, considering it's located at a mall ($8 - $15) 3. Pros: + Fast service + Tasty. Usually I don't fancy Udons, but this made me change my mind 4. Cons: - Self-service - Queue could be very long sometimes, with limited seating - Confusing menu. Even though menu is in English, I still don't understand over fifty percent of the things. I ordered the Ontama Bukkake (no laughing matter), but it arrived soft & tasty, pun fully intended. I've listed this is below: 打っ掛け(ぶっかけ)Bukkake Definition 1. Splashing on; splashing at; 2. Dish created by pouring broth over something (esp. bukkake soba)

Yoshinoya Hanamaru Udon and Azuki Cafe are three stores in a single lot at the part of the thrid flooring in Midvalley dealing with their exhibition center. Hanamaru are well-known for their Udon, but Yoshinoya provides excellent rice bowls. I ordered the hamburg steak rice bowl from Yoshinoya and a couple of salad, miso soup and green tea extract to opt for my dish. The costs found RM20 ++. However when i waited, they handed me a device that appeared as if an air con handy remote control that truly beeped and buzzed allowing me know once the food was prepared to collect. That is probably my first flavor of authentic Japanese technologies. Taste wise their food is okay. Not just one of the greatest but among the better ones. And yes it will get crowded and there's very little space to go around so you might desire to leave the shopping till later.

Disappointing. The chef who was simply preparing my noodle made exactly the same mistake of ruining the order of a person that was before me. He didn't even look one bit thinking about the meals he was preparing and slapped all of the ingredients in to the bowl which appeared as if a horrible sloppy mess. I ordered the tori dashi udon and the bowl was almost filled to the brim with an inexpensive taste of chicken broth that I possibly could virtually get from any nearby supermarket. The texture of the hard boiled egg's surface tasted like newspaper, and the diced chicken pieces looked and tastes like crumpled bits of torn wet paper mashed together. I might've chosen the incorrect dish to opt for, however in anyway it doesn't look like I'd be time for this place soon, nor would I would recommend it to anyone.
