Truly very good food, my fav of most being paku pakis belacan!!! Tomyom (single part) was good but the tad too spicy for me personally. Deep fried squids, heavy fried fish, strong fried prawns with julienned kaffir lime results in, pandan poultry 4 pcs and beverages for 7pax - under rm200.

Meals cooked is authentic Thai and be sure you require "less spicy". Do not expect any ambience; and don't expect any view. In case you have not really seen real spider's internet, this is where you'll likely spot some.

Yee Wen Thai Cafe is situated in Kepong Baru industrial region, hidden behind some high trees at the street side, it isn't inside a shop. No air flow cond but extremely spacious area with ceiling fan and stand fan to the stand by position. Picture menu withoutdish title can be acquired for patrons to choose. There is just the lady boss who is able to speak Mandarin to get your order, many useful waitresses & waiter there however they were not in a position to take order because of language problem, therefore please be patience. Order and serving period were fast because kitchen area had many Thai chefs spending so much time. Once you purchase your meal, sit back and revel in some coconut beverage while waiting. Menu - plenty of nice dish.. plenty of dish that you want to try. Personally, i had attempt the fry Paku manis with belacan, Thai fish cake, obvious soup Tom Yam, Heavy fried seafood with Mango Kerabu, Thai design fried omellet, minced meats with Thai Basil leaf and Pandan poultry. Verdict- Each is super tasty with the expenses of unbelievable pleased to pay. Dont forget to purchase dessert - Tam Tim Crop. The only problem are, wheelchair isn't accessible because of this place is somewhat build up at the street side with several steep step.

It is a hidden gem in KL. A little tricky to get, but really worth it. It is a fantastic genuine little location. Chinese Malay possessed Thai foods with local environment (ie: rustic) and support to complement. We were amazed to get the restaurant fullat 7:30pm on a Sunday evening. Based on the amounts of your group you might have to hold back for a desk like we did. Are you aware that norm in KL, the meals took a long time and found the table separately. However when it arrived it had been absolutely delicious. Super new sea food that has been perfectly prepared and the purchase price was very inexpensive. As we live life in KL we are back again and over and over.

Greater than a year haven't eaten here. Made a decision to give this spot the revisit. This time around with a pal who is not here before. Since it is a weekday, it isn't so busy and tables can be found, during dinner time. Purchased steam squidwith lemon sauce, sambal petai along with prawns, mix fry paku veggie, Tom Kha Gai. It didn't take very long for the meals to be served. Every dish continues to be as great with the normal Thai flavor, as this location is operated by Thais. Want typical Thai meals, this is actually the place to arrived at try. Simply need to be about a watch out as this location can be easily overlooked, where their neighbour is really a Chinese restaurant and its own brightly lit. This location is protected with trees, making this place pretty distinctive.

Found the area on google. It had been nearby so we made a decision to attempt it out. It had been a weekend break and the area was really crowded. The 'boss' had been nice, taking our purchase first. Waited a little but the food composed for this. We hada mango kerabu seafood, otak-otak Thai design, basil poultry, the claypot tom yam and paku pakis with rice and pandan tea. Price was affordable for the five folks. Worth it unless you mind the wait. Much less crowded on 7 days nights.

Dish served very hot, freshly prepared. Ordered seafood tomyum for 1 pax, pucuk paku 1 pax, mince basil poultry 1pax, requested all for little dish. The serving part was alright, flavor of tomyum was incredible. Nevertheless the mince basil poultry tasted salty, an excessive amount of soy sauce,no basil flavor, not really spicy at all and the pucuk paku has been fresh and nice. Atmosphere was so therefore. Hygiene was typical, not a fancy spot to dine at. Politeness of personnel was good and shipping time fast because not really peak hour. Finally the price we had been overcharged. RM60++ for just one person. Wouldn't normally visit again.
