Love this location. The meals is nice, the purchase price is affordable and the ambience will be good. Sashimi can be very fresh.

Today was an extremely disappointing trip to Yaraku Izakaya. Each one of these while we frequently patronised this location bcos of these food high quality. We, a family group of 4 individual, ordered the 3-item sashimi comprise of three times, 3 salmon & 3 whitened tuna. The tuna has been offered with tendon in every 3 items. When complained, among the staffs make an effort to explain but later on ready to replace all 3 bits of tuna. Then afterwards when we obtain additional pickled ginger, exactly the same Chinese employees told us that just serve 1 small bowl of ginger, any extra request shall have extra cost of RM5 per pickle ginger plate. That is ridiculous! They keep on saying their ginger are usually imported. I then requested them if we had been to sit down separately & pay in 4 individual bill, Will they assist all of us 4 independent pickle ginger. They replied yes. THEREFORE I said why this type of fuss when I demand my 2nd ginger?Our bill purchase was around RM 200. Just how much does a bowl of pickle ginger in in accordance with the meals order?Wonder should they really understand how to conduct business. Worse is their employees who appear to be a international Indian or Bangladeshi nevertheless look for excuses to explain. Continue keeping these incompetent personnel will ruin your organization. I am sure to talk about my encounter to my Tmn Desa community.Incidentally, I wondered easily include 3 other friends, does Yaraku expect 4 one who are not really family to talk about one small bowl of pickle ginger. One thing to ponder over this stupidity.

came here few period for their kimchi collection. But having unpleasant encounter for 1st period. Kimchi set served space temperature v natural egg best, called the staff following the fire gel end burning up in 1 min n I still not really see raw egg make, sauce still in area temperature n hand contact on the pot's hearing was not very hot at all. (My prior dine in right here kimchi set usually served v bubbling very hot). Chinese lady Personnel add gel n place fire once again , talked in educate tone if you ask me easily need egg cook have to blend it , idiot how exactly to prepare the egg when pot n sauce inside it isn't even hot? Needlessly to say the gel fire just final for 1 min, egg still stay natural, called the personnel jz generate kitchen heat along with the stove. Employees can jz hands carry(because it wasn't warm at all!!) the pot back again to kitchen n function me the pot have v holder( lastly the employees learn wat does 'sizzling' means want holder to transport) n ya lastly my egg make but can easily see the Chinese woman Staff doesn't really delighted about her function. I dun thoughts paid the 10% support fee, but plz perform your task. mamak staff has much better manner than the personnel. To the boss who observe tis better go on it significantly, tmn desa neighbourhood offers numerous Japanese cuisine option client can jz turn aside - Your kitchen chief does good job however your frontline staff provides stress problem, boost their paid please
