The service is quite very bad. No-one serves us whenever we action in despite few people. The veggies were served however the soup requires a long time to get ready. Customers who arrive afterwards than us obtained their food very first before us. We reminded the staff many often however the soup comes one hour later. Not really recommended ahead. TQ

平时吃KL分行份量还比较多 看到Mid valley的有折扣所以才来！ 应酬式份量 肉片薄 份量少 难怪给优惠 宁愿不用15%折扣 感觉有种被欺骗 . 问了员工为什么和kl分行相差那么多 ， 他们说名字一样 但老板是不一样！ 所以可见难怪相差那么多！服务也很差.

I can just give 1 star because i cant give 0 star. Quality will be a lot worse in comparison to Fahrenheit branch, specifically portion wise. Recent advertising is a scam, they provide 10% off but part is super small. A lot more than RM100 per pax but doesnt feel just like i ate any meats. Eat at your personal risk.

这个月周年庆活动，去吃了两次。第一次是真香，在店外面就闻到了火锅的香味儿，除了菜品不全，牛百叶和霸王牛肉绝对封神，糍粑也好吃，现切牛肉一般，小酥肉不行。今天第二次去吃，那锅底看着就不一样，牛肉的口感完全不同，不是滑嫩而是更有嚼劲咬不断，脑花腰片鸭血以及小料台的腐乳汁都有一种臭味儿。第一次5分，第二次1分，平均3分吧。品控太差，太不稳定。

It is my first-time go to .. have read some evaluation saying this store has overpricing issue just before I come , when I spend the bill .. I discover the reviews are true .. the meals taste & program is ranked at typical or below only , the purchase price not really worthwhile . At this type of high price , I believe Hai Di Lao a lot more deserves it . No 2nd Time Again , Bye
