The waitress was quite rude and pushy towards us, rushing us to order the meals. We also purchased desserts which we explicitly informed her more than two times to serve afterwards. Took her time to comprehend. The waitress furthermore stands too near our desk,making us feel unpleasant and therefore unable to enjoy our dinner and converse. Not just that, she repeatedly requested us if we wish our desserts served today whenever we were clearly nevertheless in the center of our meal. Whenever we were finally finished with our food, she determined upon herself and informed us that desserts will undoubtedly be served soon, that was fine once we had nearly finished our dinner. After more than a quarter-hour of waiting around, our desserts have however to reach. Apparently the waitress didn't tell your kitchen and she blamed us for not really informing her of it. Really terrible experience, meals was okay however the service actually brought the complete experience down. Could not go back again.

First had it six months back. Produced a reservation but nonetheless have to wait near one hour. Their reservation group can’t manage easy reservation system and simply want to create queues. Horrible air-con and for a hotpot spot to be so popular -it kills. The ingredients are inconsistent also, meatballs could be big and small based on would you it. Quality has certainly dropped because the last period I came. Service isn’t particularly good as well, much like mamak stall or road side level plus they are Expensive ok. RM5 cover cost for sauces and components which is so costly for basically only chopped garlic, chilli, springtime onion, coriander and chilli essential oil. These are generally given at hotpot however they charge separately. Not forgetting the soup itself furthermore costs around RM40!! Will def not come back for expensive inconsistent foods with lousy service. Furthermore, the only real Xiao Long Kan logo design can be on the chilli essential oil but on the actual door/shop entrance this isn’t XLK but another title. Doesn’t assist when I can’t go through Chinese

I've had many many hot pots. The right some bad. And several in china. It is a chendu design sizzling pot. Spice with excellent soups. Expensive but they spent a lot of money developing this eating place and the meals and service is high grade.It’s a have to if you want hot pot
