Bad service, poor experience. We arrive 15mins to 7pm. Wait around in line for about 30mins before we have been seated. From then on proceed with buying and waited nearly 1hour for the main dish to reach. We order 4 forms of dish and thedish already been sent separately. Whilst having our meal but still waiting(for about 30mins) for the one final dish to reach(which had been talk about to the waitress n the waitress confirm me by stating its arriving), the waitress abruptly arrived with my costs. I informed her that i'm not finish however n still looking forward to my final dish to reach but she kept stating merely to cancel my purchase because a large amount of client and waiting period will be too much time. Was this a technique to kick current clients out to give method for new consumer? I sensed like i has been shooed out by the restaurant! In the event that you already note that the cafe is full home, you ought not be letting clients can be found in by kicking your presently consuming customer's out! But won't go there once again...unless food improved ,....costs are okay for kl You will get all selection of food... queue period quitelong but within 20 mins...your food arrives. I've tasted better Thai meals ... but the ambience is fairly unique...you've got a boat deliver the meals...but that is more for present...our foods was delivered by walking.... Do call on ...but not another time..unless food high quality improves ...I can progress lala in PJ...mango fragrant rice...rice not fragrant enough... Have an excellent visit...

This is among the worst restaurant that I had ever gone to in Kuala Lumpur. Very awful service and we saw the service people threw the unfinished drinking waters in to the pond which where they use to catch the Tilapia fish to cook also to feed to the clients. We were very shock that such hygiene isn't practice more than there and you can find only 2 person using orders for 50+ tables in the restaurant. Can you imagine just how long we surely got to wait?!?! Directly after we got our tables and had chosen our orders, we even surely got to obtain the bowls, plates and utensils by ourselves as the waiters were too busy travelling, thinking which food to serve and which tables for attending, specifically the priority was presented with to the people who spend lavishly over right now there are certain to get the attention. This place is yet another marketing gimmick to market its pond and serving the foods utilizing the boat. SAFE YOUR CASH TO DINE Somewhere else whether it's in Kepong, Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Town Centre which serves larger portion, same cost and more quality foods for humans to consume!

Among the worst Thai restaurant. Went there on 6 Sept, 6.30pm. Very many people and I believe they insufficient service staff. Called a lot of time for order yet have to wait around like 15 min, the region I sat just have 2 personnel canplace order. The others are to serve meals. 1st dish had been served prior to the drinks and rice. Ordered 5 dishes and only 4 arrived. Each time ask them to check out, they said is arriving, is coming, find yourself we finished our dinner the kangkung continues to be on the way... Food had not been nice compare to final period, especially tom yam. Pricey and little portion. Walked to the cashier counter that is hiding inside, informed her that 1 dish isn't served, zero courtesy to apologies in all. Terrible assistance and location, patrons can smoking cigarettes inside.

A restaurant that just had nice organic enviroment, nothing else. if you're preparation to bring your loved ones to the place for your meal, better think twice. pros : nice character enviroment. cons : worst services you wiill ever possess, like everyone else ownthem cash with sour face. : the food isn't fresh. not well make rather than generous giving. ; the expenses comes and is quite expensive!!! : too crowded. don realize why they like coming... : the street at the entrace of cafe is as well steep and dangerous. : you should shout for the meals, it wont arrive if don require it... Chaotic. No queuing program for this type of busy eatery. Individuals in line are confused. Don’t know who's actually manning the audience. Should work with a numbering system. Not really ideal for those with small kids and elderly because the queuing is chaotic.

Food taste is okay. Nice ambient since it is encircled by forest. Developed gesture by delivering foods using a speedboat. But way too many flies. The procedure of meals ordering is really a nightmare. They smudged the majority of the order.
