Extremely dissapointed on the online mooncake selling and delivery services. I had been attempting to show my assistance by giving them company and attempting to purchase 2 boxes of these mooncakes from their website. However, their customer support called as Ezzlynn acted very rude by informing me that the boxes that they can provide would be not the same as the picture proven on instagram and facebook. Needless to say, as a customer, I requested to get a appear on how's the changed package or design will be but their customer support showed me her very rude mindset by saying that :"if that's so then u obtain others". Hello what sort of mindset is that? I'm just attempting to show support to get this plus they shouldnt write-up the gift container if it's not such designed present box get together with the mooncake.As a customer, I'm just asking an extremely general and basic demand but their program attitude is quite bad. She also blocked me on whatsapp thereafter.

Vanilla Mille Crepe present some delicious crepe, not too nice and melt in the mouth area. Drinks are just typical. The pandan crepe isn't bad, malaysian flavor.

[got event ah?]1) overall - dessert store that sells great mille crepe/cake, situated in pavilion top flooring, chill but warm atmosphere, a lot of seating capacity, numerous flavours of cake choices from Vanilla Mille Crepe @ Pavilion Kuala Lumpur2) earl grey Mille crepe - loved the flavour but don't like the texture like there found tea results in inside the cake3) pandan Mille crepe - clean and melt in the mouth area lotion, Malaysian flavour, not too lovely, loved the flavor4) green tea extract - normal

Another cafe @ level 6 pavillion. Nice place, clear and neat. Super higher ceiling to have the indoor open atmosphere.

Nice place to relaxation and relax for tea period and the cakes were refreshing rather than too sweet!

Ordered the matcha crepe, just a little disappointed. I believe this crepe may have been still left in the fridge for some time , the crepe has been abit dry and somewhat on the harder aspect. Could be much less fresh. Matcha taste didn’t actually come thru, possibly using flavouring as opposed to the real matcha

Arrived with each entrance and exit barricaded along with empty tables within. Ordered cake and coffee, nothing at all special on both, and then realise nobody finishes their espresso. And counter assistance talk and become I owe them cash didn't purchase 6 years.
