As an afternoon tea spot, dinner is generally a quieter affair. They perform have some decent meals . The mushroom soup with oolong is definitely overrated without hint of oolong. The lagsana, poultry salad, seabass, salmon and poultry rolls are ok

Their food is great and their vast collection of tea is great but what puts you away from is the extremely poor service which clearly reflect having less management presence and supervision. I wonder just how long r They can survive on the international reputation.

I love TWG ice lotion but We was disappointed within their Ice-cream menu on TWG tea inside malaysia. They will have only 4 tastes. It’s so few... in comparison to other TWG around planet. Staffs have become kind and great! When I has been hesitating to select macarons,they describe everything perfectly. I enjoyed it!

We was impressed by the set of tea from all over the country. We'd lunch also it was a pleasant one. It had been a calm and peaceful lunch. Well portioned meals and food was incredibly delicious. I'd want to keep coming back for tea andhave a few of their wonderful desserts.

We decided to stop by for a glass of tea. 4 from the 6 tea choices weren't available... Instead disappointing start. Final alternatives of a Comptoir des Indes and Mist of Milanje Teas were satisfying. Properly complementing the scones. But general a ratherdisappointing visit.

We visited TWG to have a break and also have some tea and cake. The service was excellent gradual, the tea as constantly was fantastic. Nevertheless the cakes were a whole and utter disappointment, only flavored gelatine. While they could appear tempting, looksarent everything. Terrible cakes, really horrible, simply stop serving them make sure you. Never again!!

there was only one 1 staff name asad who was simply helpful, but remain was simply busy speaking with themselves, they didn't attend any customer when i saw few people found start to see the menu but nobody assist them, someone else came to choose the teabagsbut again exactly the same case no-one assist, basically they customer should call the staff so obtain the service but simply no staff is attending to on it. personally i think as twg brand name the manager should certainly keep information regarding it.

Came here because of their set lunch and then learn that the set lunch time menus has been discontinued- overall disappointment. They should’ve up-to-date somewhere to see customers. Meals were alright. Staffs had been incredible. Overall experience was once again a disappointed though.

TWG has been - at the very least for me personally - a reference of great and top quality tea. Being truly a fan and customer for several years, I never likely to possess tea leaf infusing for too much time, if not always. There is absolutely no time administration withthe Tea Flower: Jasmine Kiss. the very first cup is - obviously - tasty; the next becomes undrinkable after a number of mins. PLEASE: Don’t do this anymore. Change just how of presenting it, therefore the flower could be removed on time.

The higher tea set was RM120 with taxes, the tea had not been refillable and they didn't state anywhere on the menus ! The cakes were frosty,hard and dry ! The food had not been freshly prepared, also the burgers were chilly. The meals seem likeit had been from the frozen foods aisle at the supermarket. The service was very slow whenever we wanted to have a look at the menu, no-one was at the entry to provide us and lead us to your table. Overall support was terrible. Will not surpass the expectations and title of TWG. TWG Is usually CANCELLED !
