Completely disappointed with the meals. Fried rice n HK fried yeemee are usually totally bland, completely no wok hei. oyster pancakes are usually so difficult with flour n tasteless. crabs aren't fresh, meat is gentle and disintegrate. vege offers an excessive amount of oyster sauce slapped onto it,and the ceasar salad provides an excessive amount of mayo piled about it. scrambled egg with prawns can be too creamy once again its tasteless with several poached shrimps thrown at the top. haven't had such badly cooked food begore
