Ginjo pork is great! They fried it to perfection where in fact the pork isn't dry nor tough to bite.. the fried ebi so so just..chawanmushi texture such as tau fu fa but flavour could be improve a lot more..vege can refill, therefore just ask the employees :) I ordered dark brown rice instead of whitened..their brown rice is good, nothing like our typical brown rice that is dry and not so excellent texture..would recommend to use the ginjo pork!

The salad had not been served when I ordered the set lunch time today. Worst factor was I was offered a tonkatsu pork that was not cooked correctly, I can still start to see the uncooked pink part of the meat. I will have taken an image. Among the server replied me stating that the pork had been said to be cooked moderate rare. pork needs to be cooked properly and done. It’s very absurd to listen to this.
