Thirdwave was highlighted to me when a friend had sent  photos of her scintillating and mouthwatering food pics through Whatsapp, I had the strongest urge to lick my HP screen. Somehow I had forgotten all about it as Botanica + Co took centerstage and became my go to lunch place whenever I am in the area. Today, as I headed towards my usual haunt Botanica, I remembered about the other cafe. Perusing the menu, I believe that it will satisfy health nuts and decadent craving foodies alike. Lunch special from 12 to 2 PM at RM25+ with soup of the day and drink of choice, great for office workers around the area. This place proves that veggies can be the star of any meal, and not just a side show. I took on The Green Burger, it was huge: soft but firm Matcha buns that did not fall apart, which envelopes the mushroom and carrot patty with fluffy egg, accompanied with crispy thin beetroot and carrot fries. So wholesome, so awesome. Plotting a return as I take 1st bite into my gorgeous burger. My solemn oath to self, I will frequent for good, honest wholesome food. The plating are up to the task of matching the beauty of the dishes.

Sometimes it's really great, and sometimes it's really bad :(  The recipes are usually interesting and delicious, and the staff are nice. But on occasion, they will have a bad day, and when this happens some of the staff are oblivious or incredibly rude (that buff guy who wears glasses and usually wears black >:( ) and the food is meh. I'd love to recommend this place more because I used to really like it but the quality fluctuates too much.
