Produced a reservation for New Year’s Eve, plus they said you will be charged RM 50/pax that i was totally great with and proceeded to help make the reservation and the guy explained the payment could be produced when I arrive over on that day. When I arrived for my reservation, they mentioned that RM 50 had been for the position tables only and I acquired dissatisfied because they didn't mention that if you ask me over the phone. EASILY needed a seating table I got to open a bottle, so when I stated okay to it (although I was really disappointed), they mentioned that all tables had been full. WHY COULDN’T THEY MENTION IF YOU ASK ME ALL THAT TO BEGIN WITH. Totally wasted my time heading there. Lousy staff and rude too. The staff talk so arrogantly. Visited this location once about couple of months ago and their service has been extremely slow and their food had been very costly and doesn’t actually taste good to begin with. My suggestion is you could find a great many other better location than this, and when those other areas are usually more expensive, at the very least their quality and service are usually good. Don’t waste your time and effort going here.

An ideal spot to share sundown moments with friends whilst having some drink readily available. It’s bathed in vibrant pink color, paired with neon lights and blue pool which make it more visually attractive. Some things could possibly be enhanced, such as customer support and helping time. Service had not been quite hospitable despite being truly a hotel f&b premise. The meals also took very long to serve, maybe because it’s shipped from the hotel's main kitchen. Do take notice that for non-hotel guests, you’re prohibited to utilize the pool facility and minimum order policy can be applicable for poolside seating.

Pool was ok but had not been the bigg fan of the location .. had gone for a few drinks plus they were mediocre rather than well worth the money
