I had an excellent Festive Brunch at Brassiere St Regis KL with the Xmas and Year End Special event. The chef and cooking group have whipped up a superb selections of dishes. I've thoroughly enjoyed the meals offerings. Staffs are very nice, helpfuland attentive. Done well to everyone at the Brassiere St Regis KL.

We came here for the anniversary. Read plenty of reviews that are positive so we wished to celebrate with some location special. We made a decision to do lunch. They have available the Executive Set Lunch Menu. We required a appearance but we determined we needed togo Ala Carte as there have been several dishes we wished to try. The Tuna tartare was a touch too soggy. Actually the dish has been a touch too acidic to a spot it began to ‘make’ the tuna. Most of the tuna parts turned brown because of the acidity. Generally tartare the protein may be the ‘hero’. In cases like this the flavour had been masking the tuna. It wasn’t too poor that we wished to deliver the dish back again, but certainly won’t be buying that again. For mains we shared three various dishes. We'd the risotto with foie gras, that was fine. The signature ocean bass was good, however the star of your day was the brief rib. This is heavenly. Reminded us a small amount of Una Trompette in Cheswick, London. You can pull the meats with a fork and it'll just drop off. And the thickened jus actually lifted the flavor of the protein. We had the bottle of white. Whenever we completed our mains, we nevertheless had more wine therefore we decided to purchase the cheese platter. Very common. Wouldn’t recommend it. The restaurant was cosy. This is among those places where we'd a lot of day light, and the eating place was spacious. Ambience really was relaxed and comfy. We spent an excellent 2.5 hours throughout also it passed quickly. All in all we'd an enjoyable experience. Some misses, non the much less the service had been great. And like any Marriott home we visit, our life time platinum membership with Bonvoy has been recognised. Yes, we shall return.

First off, it is a review on the food delivery rather than dine-in nor stay. Many of us know that a lot of hotels especially the huge names can easily make a delicious meal within their home ground. However the bigger issue is, can thatsame dinner withstand the vacation in a container and in the fingers of a delivery individual yet retain their goodness? Lobster Tagliatelle Package (RM 260) Packing: Not the 1st time we've ordered from St Regis & we truly love their product packaging. Everything about any of it screams luxury. Though it found its way to a paper box & document bag, it had been embossed with their logo design on it. It had been also delivered via Lala shift that was a first for all of us specifically for food deliveries. Taste: We purchased their Lobster Tagliatelle (RM 125.08) previously (the initial 3 photos) & it had been absolutely delicious with the rich sauce & the lobster shell all smashed up rendering it easy to eat. Expecting exactly the same, we purchased again. Nevertheless what we missed has been the “KIT’ that ought to have trained with away. Imagine our shock when we noticed a scraping audio from the container which we left up for grabs!! Gingerly, we taken out the contents and nearly dropped the package upon viewing a live life lobster within! Gosh you ought to have noticed our faces! Without thinking about, we grabbed our cell phone and frantically dialled for close friends to our rescue once we eyed the lobster in the container poking around. Fortunately, the fishy affair had been quickly resolved! Overall, the lobster was totally fresh, hold on, live! 😂 The package arrived with uncooked pasta, a broth & condiments to item the meal together. However in all honestly, I believe St. Regis do a more satisfactory job cooking it the prior period than us this time around. Light Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie 28.00 Taste: An absolutely mouth-watering Pistachio Cake topped with Almonds, chocolates and raspberries. A truly perfect melody of nice and sour to get rid of the meal! By far among the best also to date nevertheless our favourites. However, will be awesome should they could deliver us a chef together with the kit in the upcoming😂😂 Our full evaluation is in Instagram (@monk3yseendo)

My 2nd post-covid lunch for several 12, and glady worry-free. This fashionable French & Western cuisine cafe could offer us exclusive assistance, delicious meals and a customised arranged lunch menu. A tad pricey however the richness of the menus, ambience andservice offered an excellent dining experience worth this 5 stars review

I had breakfast two times in the Brasserie, as soon as in Dec 2021 and another amount of time in Apr 2022. In the 2022 go to, I observed the breakfast encounter has deteriorated. The Brasserie offers fruit juice that is a advantage and differentiate St Regis as aluxury resort. Yet, in Apr stay, they will have added drinking water to fruit juice and finished up all fruit juice preferences like water. That is really a horrible thing to do, will be it to save lots of cost? It appears if you ask me the ratio will be 20% fresh juice 80% drinking water. If you actually want to save price then don't even present fresh juice. It really is deceiving customers once you mention fresh fruit juice emerges when basically you're providing heavily diluted fruit juice. Serving diluted refreshing juices like various other 3 star resort will taint the St Regis brand I am not sure should they also do this to separately paid fruit juice.

After months of covid isolation, I needed to take care of myself and a pal to a particular meal at among the finer international hotel dining places…so a straightforward location with quick access, a welcoming security, a clean secure parking and a garage elevator right to Degree2. We had been greeted, seated, provided menus and we instantly purchased their Virgin Asam Boi Mary (a edition of the original ‘Bloody Mary’). WOW, stunning, spicy, sour and lovely in exactly the same sip…so uncommon and refreshing. Our starters arrived…for me personally, a cauliflower velouté with a delicate caramelized cauliflower helping truffles, Romanesco and Curry. For him, a Loch Duarte Salmon with salmon roe, BBQ Cucumber, Crème Fraiche and infant watercress. Our Mains arrived, and my 220 g Stanbroke Signature Dark Angus Rib-eye (medium uncommon) with roasted vine tomatoes, lightly layered potato crisps, and the truffle salad. My friend’s ‘Entire Boston Lobster” with good herbal treatments and a truffle salad…the presentations were outstanding…colors, textures, types and best…flavor. We also ordered brand-new potatoes, grilled asparagus and youthful carrots to share. Neither folks felt “stuffed” and we then shared 3 deserts……Highland Strawberries w/Sarawak Dark Pepper and sorbet, an Apple company Tarte Tatin with Crèmyself Fraiche/Caramel and Apple company Sorbet, and Valrhona Jivara Chocolate Mousse having an amazing Interest Fruit Sorbet. Valrhona is really a French chocolate manufacturer located in the small city of Tain L'Hermitage near Lyon, France...a cappuccino and coffee.
