In the menus beef wellington utilizes beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle with mashed carrots, when it arrived it had been not a tenderloin, and had been overcooked,no duxelle, simply several slices of mushroooms, and 2 little slices of carrots no mashed carrots. Pizza roll has been over cooked, dried out fried poultry inbetween dough. Beef ribs had been overcooked, chicken white meat was overcooked and dried out as hell. The menus is very misleading since it states false elements, even questioned the waiter for reassurance however they always say discussing the menu. Electronic.g. I inquired for the beef wellington moderate uncommon, and the waiter mentioned it will be offered pink in the centre, therefore i thought it will be okay, when it arrived it had been way past done well and wasnt a good beef tenderloin.
