We were craving for a few steak, so we made a decision to test it out for also it was great. Reasonable cost with quality steak. Program was quick, staffs are great and attentive.

Good hearty meals for a filling food. Not the most thrilling or revolutionary but it's good sincere great. Would reccomend for familar preferences and foods like burgers and steak and like.

So today, i visited TGI Friday Pavilion( 6th Flooring) to get a lunch with my partner. Right from the start we already unhappy with the support because we need to contact the waiter at the very least 3 moments because there have been no cutlery, zero plateand no sauce up for grabs. Then came the meals. I already been eating in TGI Friday a lot more than 10 situations including TGI Fri in Subang which today permanently close up. The Tennessee poultry were so dried out and the sauce odor soo bad. My partner order the Rib eyesight which cost RM68 and she cannot finish it since it too chewy. Therefore she decide to go on it home and correct it by here personal and found a shocking second where the staff simply pour the sauce straight into it and result in all the foods to become soggy and appearance unappetising to consume anymore. We find yourself having to pay RM169 for inedible food here.

My family and We went for lunch about a Saturday afternoon and we were dissatisfied with the squid, prawns and seafood, it’s frozen things not fresh. All of the meals we purchased tasted bland and we've decided we have been not going there once again. Very disappointing.

I just experienced most likely the very best customer support of all time. Nowadays I had been in TGI Fri @ Pavillion, the staff title Fais have amazed me with superb customer support skill. Fais, on initial impression, he could be very pleasurable and courteous. He help methrough with SOP's to check out and assisted me to put order for my foods via Contactless Menus. He make certain I receive my purchase on time and on / off he did talk with me will be everything okay. I must say i enjoyed my meals and time. Many thanks so very much Fais to create my day. Dined 4 grown ups and 2 kids in 20 Nov 2021 around 5:20 pm. Sat at the initial two tables on the right side. Ordered mozzarella sticks , Shanghai salad along with chicken , chicken nuggets , fries, ribs , burger and prime beef. When mozzarella stickscame , we were surprised that within was frozen (not cool, not warm however, not melted , it had been literally frozen , start to see the photo attached). When asked it to be changed. All of those other food was ok. Servers did not learn how to deal with these kind of issues; apologising etc. Seems quite a few training is required.

Came here for the work lunch and has been disappointed, service has been below standard and personnel were clearly not trained properly, management have to really look with their service module teaching again and constantly evaluation and guarantee staff are usually following it, food meals were acceptable
