Food is fairly nice, I love the jalapeño bombers. However customer support is terrible because they're horribly understaffed. One bad girl is working the til and carrying out the assembly while a few others float round the back again. Long wait times, meals sometimes cold, people quitting on the queue and departing. Whoever owns this franchise wall plug is losing lots of money since they aren't staffing it correctly.
