Not really hygien. A malay woman didn't wear mask to get ready drink for consumer while chating with another colleague. Keep speaking...all saliva drop into consume. Disgusting!!!

This branch should certainly screen and walk through their employees on how best to treat or speak to customers , what sort of female staff treated me was like as though she's working there free of charge, ask less ice for a particular drink, replies cannot in a 1 word reply and have me easily would accept a half cup drink? Like significantly that attitude will switch off customers from actually returning. Serving period was acceptable, simply the staff's mindset is really a let down.

Worst … i usually move this outlet n nvr experience such service.. simply letting the client wait without the acknowledgements?? This two women at counter never really had a period to greet or get orders. If the wall plug is occupied than yes we duly understand but that one will be ridiculous.. they gt time and energy to verify their hp however, not to consider orders.. total disappointment!!!!

Use to purchase for pick-up, but experienced terrible mindset yesterday evening. When i walk into the shop, you can find two personnel at the pickup counter. I demonstrated them my collection amount and mentioned that I'm arrive for pickup. Among the staffs is not really react to me while a different one, the girl who endure beside him yelling at me "Wait around! WAIT! CAN U Wait around?"Me just like I simply ask once, in proper way. There wasn't during peak hr, very little people awaiting. The prior staffs were alright with positive attitude, besides both of these. Terrible attitude
