Food quality is Okay actually, service also Okay, can see they are attempting their best to supply good support. But their insufficient system/SOP is producing them look poor. They have a tendency to mix up purchase from additional table or forgot completely about customer's purchase. This might be understandable if they are crowded with clients… but they're not.

Went for supper and ordered the arranged for just two 2 pax. Part was enough but no meats included so ordered additional beef slices. Soup tasted great and ingredients were clean. However, saw an enormous rat that ran from the road in to the restaurant when going to finish meal.
