First time within Malaysia and an area driver suggested we take a look out there where locals come. We got a Get taxi here since car parking is really a pain. This location is very crowded. Rainfall or shine. Mostly foods and not an excessive amount of for purchasing besides some telephone and clothing stalls. It is a excellent ace to explore if it is not too sizzling or don't mind becoming in a crowded location. In addition, it helps to know very well what you sort of what by carrying out some research, otherwise it could end up travelling aimlessly without understanding what to try.

The Taman Connaught Evening Market (康樂夜市) is fairly definately not city centre, and for that reason it's less well-known among tourists. That is the key reason why this night marketplace is perhaps the very best in Kuala Lumpur, where it's mostly contains locals and genuine, price-friendly food. That is also the biggest night marketplace in Kuala Lumpur. Unlike Jalan Alor (阿羅街), that is basically a patio food court (not night time marketplace), the Taman Connaught will be legit, where it's filled up with vendors selling evening market food/snacks, not really restaurants. You can find two forms of night marketplaces, one being "grocery store", and something being "shopping" marketplace. Taman Connaught is really a "food" night marketplace so you would generally come here for inexpensive food and snack foods. There are several Taiwanese, Chinese and Malaysian meals here. For example, you will find Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Hokkien Prawn Mee, Hong Kong dimsum/BBQ, Taiwanese sausages, stinky tofu, skewers/satay, and all sorts of juices and beverages. However, a few of the stalls do it again so you'd start to see the same factor on the long night marketplace. Do remember that it just opens on Wednesdays and the positioning is quite tough to gain access to. I'd recommend doing Get to right now there and back so it is safer. This night marketplace is quite authentic and is crucial if you are right here on a Wednesday. Superior to Jalan Alor.
