Funny how this is completely away from my radar as yet. We lunched here nowadays. I must say, it’s quite genuine - even more of the southern design (with far more veges and herbal treatments) compared to the north. I loved the clear umami flavours in thesoup with hints of celebrity anise, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon and clove. As the side of natural veges didn't have the same range [lacking sawtooth coriander (culantro), rice paddy herb (ngo om) and excellent basil (hung cay)], it had been good enough for the local tastebuds. The uncommon beef (tai) was superb however, not thinly sliced good enough. I did so not care an excessive amount of for the fatty brisket however the beef balls had been really springy and flavourful. Eventually not a poor “pho”venture at all even though Vietnamese drip espresso and creme caramel had been both substandard when compared to motherland.

Emerged here for NYE supper. Had the poultry pho too. It had been light and delicious. It's the first-time to order chicken rather than beef. Also got the milk tea that was smooth. Location is great and cozy. Will certainly visit again.

We are normal at Super Saigon and the services and food is definitely consistently good. But recently, we realized a change in the service. On our past visit, we requested for plain water (that is usually served free). Just after become reminded a secondtime do the waiter (instead unwillingly) provide a container of drinking water and ONE cup. There is three of us. It was a switch off due to the fact we each ordered the dish with a revealing dish and dessert and espresso. But we were nevertheless fulfilled with annoyance by the employees. Hope the assistance improves.
