第一次光临，可是食物不够卫生有苍蝇?，饮料也没什么味道，汤底淡，最后还让我发现有臭了的鸡蛋，打出来完全就是黄黄污水那样有味道了的，整锅换掉?，过后我再试多2粒也是水水的?，过后我就跟老板说，我说老板你要注意下你们的鸡蛋，因为都变臭鸡蛋了，他告诉我说，我们的鸡蛋在NSK买的，我们也不知道。这句话是“推卸责任”吗！服务也差，想要叫个服务员加汤也难?可是我不会再去第二次了?。

Absolutely amazing spot to eat,I loved the very clear soup was fairly sweet ,it remains the initial taste of soup ,and there have been many selections of frozen items included my favourite cheese tofu and lobster ball.It is possible to elect to sit outside and revel in the view of street.The eating experience overall is quite pleasant.I recommend this steamboats restaurant.

吃过这么多火锅 这是最差的一家 食物选择超级无敌少，虾也不新鲜，一样的价钱可以吃到比他选择多几倍的火锅，在网上看到的相片，去到本店，完全不符合

食物选择少，蔬菜烂烂还带根的，虾很小只也不新鲜，肉也舍不得放多给人拿，一直要等他们拿出来，酱料也不舍得放多，基本都见低，汤应该下很多味精，吃完渴了一晚上，冷气也不舍得开，是我有史以来吃过最差的一家火锅，不舍得就不要做buffet咯

The "Steamboat Factory" at kuchai lama also named "小确幸咖啡 . 火锅 Bliss Second Cafe . Hotpot". Not a lot of choice of food, like the meat balls (significantly less than 10 forms), vege, and slices of meats, icecream (only 2 sorts). Make an effort to imagine there are usually no more than 7-8 stacks of chicken slices the complete night at the store whenever we dine in, with just 2 tables of clients. The ready food (simply hardly any luncheon meat, little bun, karipap, fried wantan and frosty rice) is quite bad, feel all chilly and oily. Tomyam soup can't feel tomyam flavor. My own view, didn't feel just like the shop is actually running a steamboat company but similar to someone having steamboat in the home to invite their very own family dinner. Extremely pricey, overall not worthy of! Very disappointed.

Went there around 4.30pm with 4 pax, chosen Hotpot Package B price us total rm201.50. Choice very easy and little, not new at all. Overpriced.
