28/10/22has been a worst experience we ever endured,even im not just a regular customer on the website,but could possibly be said i had been a normal customer on Starbucks as well…I has been there around 11:50pm,which in order to order several drinks,and she explained that the store closing soon,therefore i didn’t order any drinks,then considering to seize a meal for supper,initially the barista asked what i'd like while i still thinking of,i said keep a mins,after made a decision to order,all of the barista had been acting like busy,waited up 2-3mins only arrived at take our order and with out a smile…yet that’s fine,while we was waitin the dinner heated,individuals barista talked loudly from the shop room & cursing every other’s,it’s make myself feel’s uncomfortable…

we were here upon 31 oct 10am.a good outlet with a lot of seats but the services sucks. waitresses are usually reluctance to solution our queries on the menus. i don’t think starbucks have this kind of poor options. perhaps since they don’t realize english.the worst starbucks i've visited with regards to service.

Staff name Wawa give away my foods by throwing it also it slides til the finish of the bar counter. Tak nak kerja, tak payah kerja. Tak suka layan consumer, or perform any customer service function, pergi kerja lain.

Went there on open public holiday. Plenty of clients but waiting period is decent.Beverages was great the cashier (male man) was friendly. Nevertheless, when I was producing my order among the barista (female, totally free hair with specifications) was striking the bean device and throwing the steel jug with frothed milk within it and the milk splash all around the sink and counter. It had been shocking as the banging audio was loud.We don’t know what’s her issue but her habits is unacceptable and it’s not expert. If you’re tired simply take a five minutes rest rather than banging and throwing items.

Truthfully the worst Starbucks within KL. I acquired ice latte and 70% of it had been ice, literally did several sips and completed. Besides, plates come in bad problem with filled with scratches, tables are generally dirty.
