We visited here for an instant drink and the employees spoke English that was great, however they wouldn't listen! We attempted to order two various things but determined we needed two of exactly the same. Nope! They came rapidly though and we're really tasty. We satoutside that was nice but might have been cleaned.

Regarding quality of services will probably be worth in down city kl. I could see many people arriving this Starbucks. But high quality of assistance is awful. A good lot of visitors are waiting, staff in no way bother. In addition not really hospitable at all. I question trainingis not really done or manager who's in charge because of this brunch ... what educating for staffs.

Walked in down the street to get a espresso and cake. We had been clearly attempting to check out the cake display however the three personnel serving had been chatting to somebody they knew. The somebody they knew had been leaning on the cakes and blocking it. Afterit became very clear they intended to disregard us, I politely questioned the person leaning over-the-counter if they could shift over just a little. They and the three services employees laughed and didn’t shift. We left.
