Terrible n lousy service supplied by all the staff. Had not been friendly at all. Whenever we ask for get rid of the left over meals, the waitress provide us the bill. Whenever we said we have been the member they said quantity is incorrect. Actually,I have used exactly the same amount in Simple Living Midah branch. Their support is great there... Hope Simple Lifetime management can really consider this matter.

First experience of Basic Life was a genuine bad one. My purchase came immediately after my companion finished his. While beverage supposed to be offered before main course however they fail to achieve this. The staff do apologize for the past due helping but i wouldnot patron this branch any more.
