We ordered spicy thai rice, mango chicken and tom yam mee hoon, all were very palatable except for the spicy thai rice, it tastes nice but nothing special about it. The drinks were also very nice. My mom ordered ice lemon tea, there was a lil bit taste of lemongrass.For dessert, their pavlova was scrumptious. Service was good and fast. Overall, it was a great experience dining in Serai. Will come again.

Tbh, when I went to this shop I didn’t expect much of a local food quality apart from their nice ambience and my cravings for local food. But they proved me wrong with their dishes. It was cooked well and the local Malay dishes taste like how it is supposed to be. The portion is big tho they fill up the plate with fish crackers. The salted egg squid was reall something that you can’t miss. Cooked to perfection with the right balance of saltiness and the taste of curry leaves blended in. They also include special kuah like the belacan and budu to heighten your local food experience. Waiters were really attentive and it’s a good ambience if you want to have a nice dinner. The price is expensive but what more do you expect from restaurants in Pavilion. Overall would return again for their local dishes.

Their customer service is good and the vibes there was lovely. The portion of the food was big and I could not finished my meal. However the food taste so-o😄 Overall I had an amazing time there.

Went here for a dinner with my wife to celebrate her birthday. Upon arrival, staff politely greeted us and usher us to a table. Professional service by the staff. Ambience is good, you can have some quiet time & privacy as other diners are there to relax and enjoy the food. I tried the Middle Eastern Medley, and my wife went for the Nasi Kerabu. The portion for the Nasi Kerabu is big, my wife couldn't finish it. She finds it to be okay, nothing to shout about. The Middle Eastern Medley is tasty, cooked to perfection. If you like lamb shank then you won't be disappointed.Was eager to try the Pavlova, but unfortunately it is already finished. Will come again just to try the Pavlova

I ordered the Serai platter which included rice, chicken, ox, honey squid. I loved the ox though i wish it were spicier. Chickne was also good. Honey squid was too sweet. I also ordered the serai iced tea which was delicious. Service was quite fast and the interiors looked nice.

the carbonara is so yummy, creamy, cheesy! so carbonara is my fav whenever i'm here..beef rendang penne is also a fine fusion and delicious, the rendang is a bit spicy but the beef is so tender, smoked salmon spaghetti is so good too!

Nice and relaxing environment. Their food is kinda nice. Luckily they have specified which meal is for vegetarian. My friends said that the fish is mild and stale.

Had an awesome time celebrating my wife's birthday. Service was excellent and the wait staff singing happy birthday made my wife pleasantly embarrassed. Food was excellent too..esp the hazelnut Roche cake and the choc lava cake. Also loved the nasi kerabu and nasi Lemak..
