Cake is ok. Foods not good. Service is fairly bad and slow. They're understaff. I believe one of these is the manager would rather focus on Microsoft excel very first than helping customer. You are currently understaff put your concern right first.

Minuman sangat okay, makanan sedikit berminyak. Dlm gmbr ni pun sy dh tolak minyak shbis mgkin..Sy purchase Norwegian salmon steak utk berbuka puasa, wktu ni sgt2 craving Norwegian salmon steak.. tapi bila makanan smpai salmon sy dihidang dengan sayur salad (cucumber, salad, onion,infant tomato) yg spttnya utk menus ayam.. menus salmon sbnrnya dihidang dengan (mushroom, carrot and kcg pnjg).. bila saya tnya staf, diorg cakap sayur (mushroom, carrot and kcg pnjg) dah habis pada jam 8.36pm.. after that sy report dkat supervisor spttnya employees bgthu saya awl2 sblum assist supaya sy boleh tukar menus, after that mnager bgthu tggu 5minit utk tukar sayur..alhamdulillah dpt tapi bmnyak sdikit dan carrot dpt yg mayang.. tpi habis sbb tllu lapar.. akn repeat menus ni tapi bukan di SR dicawangan ini. Tq

Went first-time. Ordered chicken chop rather than fully cooked. Nevertheless can see blood in the centre.Went second period. Ordered dory fish but still not completely cooked. Fish fillet can also be under cooked. Just what a talented chef. Desire to order ice lotion also don't have.Forget about third time. ‍♂️

Proceeded to go 2 outlets of secret recipe last 2 months period. One at Brem Mall, another at United Stage. Both their providers disappointed me. They placed on a promo banner that Hainanese Poultry chop rm19.90, however when i needed to order, the employees unaware abt it, checked through program, then mentioned the promo forget about available. If that's the case why placed on the banner? Or the staff members is not briefed nicely on that? I did so not check with other personnel when i was disappointed currently. Whenever we entered, nobody offered u. Constantly i hv to consider menu without any help. Both outlets provided me exactly the same experience. Therefore i wont recommend to come quickly to Secret Recipe again.

They are fast such as a SNAIL!!!!!Terrible service and attitude.Two young personnel making a drink, a glass or two!One outdated uncle was at the united states looks like performing a time entry or something.We walk to younger staff, asking politely please get the orders because the desk behind of me furthermore waited lengthy, but that “smart” youthful staff insist uncle can do it.Hm…. Two son making a drink, struggling to help previous uncle? Everything await a senior? The young staffs much better go back home and sleep.

Crispy chicken chop needs more than 1 hr to come out. All of the soups takes a lot more than half an hour to be served. Uncertain await what. The cafe was quite empty whenever we arrived. Hainanese Poultry Chop has been spicy, not really authentic recipe.
