Attained the outlet at 8pm upon 18 Sept 2022.Personnel loudly told us.... Kitchen area closed just serving cakes & pastries product.When I asked what period last purchase she said 9pm.THEREFORE I walked aside with empty abdomen because simply no other Main Meal available.

Selalu lunch kat sini. Kalau pilihan outlet key recipe memang saya selalu pilih key recipe intermark. Servis up to now okay. Cuma kadang2 ada ralat bila ada masanya cooking area not available.

I ordered a take-away fresh fruit tea. Then your waitress/cashier explained they only had refreshing milk and milk tea still left. So I transformed to milk tea. Then what I acquired eventually was a brand new milk. I returned to her and requested why she produced me a brand new milk rather than what I needed. She said sold-out! I questioned her why she didn’t i want to know but going forward making the new milk for me personally. Then she said “okay I give you cash return” with an extremely uncomfortable gesture and unwilling to function. It’s not about cash, guys! It’s concerning the service. It looks like you guys curently have enough customers and great business!

Staff had been very rude and 80% of the menus is unavailable.It had been very empty when I came but other people obtain food first. THEREFORE I asked for the meals status but the personnel shouted at me there are others who havent gotten their foods aswell and proceeds to leave.Overall experience was extremely poor.The sirap bandung is pretty bland but food overall was alright.Never again.
