We asked for 3 slices of cakes (eliminate), plus they packed them for quarter-hour I've never waited for such a long time to ready food. Extremely sluggish service, can (as well as must!) be faster. Flavor of cakes is okay, but slices are very small.

Ordered the caramel latte via their QR code supplied by the staff, purchased and waited for 15minutes also it seems like nobody is preparing the beverages. I visited the counter and reminded the personnel of my purchase. Waited another five minutes and the beverages yet to prepare yourself, the restaurant isn't hectic and they have sufficient staff but yet no-one bothered to service. Much better closedown in the event that you don’t understand how to teach your staff provider effective customer service.

Poor service. I requested for a higher chair, but they offered it to clients who came later on and told us they ran from it. Why? Because we’re not really Malaysian?

Purchase makanan guna apps. Tapi purchase tak apoear kat kitchen area.. ntah apa2.. buang masa tunggu makanan selama 40mins!

Customer support gile punye terukTak tau ape issue staff mmg tk helpful langsung .. orang tanya buat dont understand.. lepas tu letak sudu garpu hempas je.. mmg sangat tk delighted makan dekat key recipe klcc .. please administration tolong ajar cust services… muka toya je sume.. nasib bersabar je .. kalau tk lama dah tonyoh tisu kat muka doarang..Key recipe tempat lain alright kat klcc ni je prob.. terukkk bagi saya
