I & my pal go and dine in the eating place for our lunch time and I'm kinda disappointed with the waitress. Therefore unfriendly. Not inviting. Function us our food without spoon and fork, so when we require it, they like therefore annoyed and unsatisfied encounter. I give you thanks but no reaction at all. That is my first period and you will be the final time here. It isn't because your food's issue, it's your staff's mannerisms.

Eating here definitely awakened the inner karen as the meals is great and the surroundings is cleaned the waiter provider was not it. Not merely was they're not helpful, but our foods was sent to us without utensils rather than even stating anything the waiter simply went to another table cleaning the desk...and when i require utensils she was just walked away...such as ... what?? This is simply not my first-time coming right here and i am aware the stress and how exhausted the fnb employees rights right now but hey maybe speak to the customer correctly and have this type of store personnel went for a person service coaching. Btw i have already been to a some other key recipe branch and the worker service was excellent. Too type.but Bertam branch? Yeah poor customer service.

I have no idea why the store looks really dull. The waiter encounter looks not really inviting..serve food without having spoon and forks. What occurred to your wall plug. Please take action. We spend for your meal and service
