Around at 9.20pm on 16th September 2022, I arrived Aurora Bukit Jalil to redeem my high quality cake. The cashier and her gangster staff explained they have already shut their cash device and I simply have to keep coming back tomorrow. I politely informed them that it is only 9.25pm. Would you please assist me to get the cake that i bought via Lazada. Which means all have already been paid. She explained, I don't treatment but my money registered is shut and please cope with Lazada. Wow! Just what a quality employees. I couldn't argue using them when i was with 2 girls. Scary couple of staff.

I went to key recipe in bukit jalil aurora put on 25/9. The meals was nice. I purchased earl grey tea pot, wished to refill warm water, but was informed that to refill more often than once requires charge. Feeling quite nonsense which others can refill without fees.
