Fantastic evening, truly an event. The meals is beautifully presented only using the very best ingredients. We encountered some flavors we never really had before and you can find nice small surprises thrown among the laundry. Great wine pairing as well by the Sommelier. Great location, great meals,great staff results in a lot more than the sum of the its components and becomes a thing that is indistinguishable from miracle. Singaporean patrons visiting Sabayon for the very first time for anniversary cum special birthday. Sham was very mindful of our requirements and provided an incredible assistance which exceeded our anticipation. Sham was fast to give recommendations when prompted and described the menu /ingredients perfectly. Wedecided to choose the 3 course food as sham recommended. He snapped an image of us and also imprinted it on a birthday celebration card. Food was excellent and atmosphere was alright rather than forgetting the awesome look at of the twin tower. Thanks Sabayon Group it had been a memorable experience.

The Sunday brunch is really a perfect gateway for a chilling Sunday afternoon. The meals is good, the atmosphere is fantastic and the services is tip best. The Cepes Mushroom Soup, Hokkaido Scallop, Smoked salmon are usually our favourite. By enough time we are purchased the roastedbeef, we have been already full 😊. We've been there for the Sunday Roast menu (lunchtime) with the free circulation Champagne option. The area is elegant and will be offering an amazing take on encircling KL Skyline. The meals choice is limited in comparison to nearly all buffet brunch but Sabayon supply seafood ofutmost freshness and sensitive taste. We're able to reorder any dish (and Electronic do with oysters and scallops). The seafood cooking was ideal with cod and scallops not really overcooked at all (the lobster was slightly as well cooked to my flavor). Same complements the beef: juicy and tender medium-uncommon prepared. The cheese and dessert had been a nice collection of flavor and textures. The champagne is usually of top quality and poured generously. Furthermore, very caring support while we're able to have expected even more proactive cutlery modifications there was no actual faux pas. Overall an extremely positive and pleasant encounter that I recommend.

Ones of the greatest restaurant in town, we'd a suggestion by way of a close friend. Myself and wife we was very imprest . We choose beef tartare, Salmon Mimosa , stroncatura with nduja (sort of pasta), dried out age duck brest , goose liver and inthe end an incredible apple Tarte, all very done well for food ( high regular) and service
