Service was poor, had to repeatedly request whenever we wanted something. The steak was served cold and the pork ribs was badly burned. An employee also gave wrong indication to how big is the pork ribs. We continued a night that was full. Imay or might not go again. Also, I called to enquire the Australian wagyu promo, but 2 of the staff said there’s no promo. Whenever we go there, the promo was on.

We ate here twice during our holiday, with both relatives and buddies. Great food with something for everybody. The service was exceptional. Good casual restaurant with an excellent atmosphere

We ate here on a Saturday night while residing at the VE Hotel & Residence over the road. The meals was quite good and offered an excellent variety - we'd the pork ribs and the salmon. The drinks prices were excellent with goodspecials on the Mojito's (that have been also quite good)! The service was good - while there have been some minor hiccups, the staff took care of the problems and made things right. We actually tried both Lava cake and the S'mores signature dessert. Both were good. The S'mores was a distinctive 'dessert casserole' that could/should be easily shared (start to see the pictures)!

Rather disappointing overall experience. Ambiance is excellent. However, food quality is merely so-so. The roast chicken that people had, was cold when served, which gave us the sensation that it had been prepared beforehand, taste wise, just so so. Service really disappointing aswell, as weseem to presenting to cope with black face from the waitress.

Staff never informed the idea will be expired rather than ask to use the idea when bill. System always down and couldn’t record the idea and ask for contact number and said after type in the idea will sms but Never receive and sms fromthem . So after holding for A lot more than 1 years as their dining member ,I never obtain the possiblity to redeem . Well , now ask me change to new app and told be point will undoubtedly be forfeited and will talk with HQ . 3 month from now no response at all. I’m very disappointed !

Their happy hour literally just reduces the number of the drink so that it made us very unhappy. The buy one free one promo for Mojito was a tale, the next free one had no taste of alcohol at all, we'd to inquire further totop up.

Called Smores Nexus outlet now. Lady said forget about RM55 promo. I said their FB show, she replied not updated. Guess any con job by pub owners. Best, we boycott these type outlets. Time we teach these crooked pub owners. Must give everything you postin FB.

The Mr had it for takeaway as could resist the smell of the pizza when he was looking forward to my Japanese food nearby. He previously Hawaiian pizza and fried chicken. Thought packed home , the chicken remain crunchy because the batter are notsoggy. The pizza are actually good. Packed with bacons, pineapple and top with arugula. Would you love the fragrant from the bacons, right? This restaurant has been staying strong for like what, 10 over years. Uncertain why so many complain concerning the RM 55 thing when their FB posted in the past in 2017
