We went there for my special birthday. The parking is great, not scary, vivid and plenty. The area is higher up, can easily see klcc from there. The ambiance is good. I loved the songs, the dining area isn't too bright rather than too dark.Food has been good and delicious . The price is suitable for its place. Plenty of things on the menus doesnt contain alcohol. Best for muslim like me. Will come again.

Our conference events group had booked the complete restaurant and just what a beautiful look at all around ! The night time view with lighting was spectacular. Service has been awesome and the snack foods were served hot and in fast intervals . The Chenin blanc has been delicious A greatplace to take pleasure from an evening

Emerged here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Services was excellent. No waiting around. The waiter Moaj has been extraordinary. Planned a little shock with cake and everyone sang for my boyfriend. Food was above typical but pizza crust had been slightly overcook. Pasta was ideal. Asmall entry was offered on the home with drinking water being poured continuously for us. The see was dealing with klcc and their outside terrace will be magnificent. Will certainly visit again.

My husband brought myself here for a particular appreciation treat. Great and reasonable priced meals although drinks are very expensive. Waiters have become attentive, a touch too attentive if you’d request me because they constantly came around us inquiring us if we required anythingwhich was a little much towards the finish of it. Uncertain if it’s regular but also for us, we weren’t openly permitted outside as a waiter implemented us out. The knowledge felt very forced in a way but i’ll certainly give this eating place another try later on.

Once you dine here they'll keep pushing to request you to order just as much as you can.In the event that you not order minimum amount one meal and something beverage they'll showing their rude attitude as if you eat free. Even worse customer service.

Friendly and attentive staff. Food is good sufficient reason for big portions.Cost is reasonable given the surroundings and views.

It's a nice location but food high quality and staff attitude needs to be improved. For the purchase price, it is not really worth it. Staffs aren't even in a position to take proper purchase. It took nearly 25 min to allow them to consider our order but still messingit up. Ordered a pasta but provided a pizza and the thing they can say will be, in order to change it will need time.. don't think this is the right factor. Very disappointed. Please focus on your staff and foods management.

We'd a birthday supper on 11 August 2022. The employees named Muaz was really attentive & looking after us. When we purchased dessert, Muaz actually advised us to take into account the portion in order to avoid wasting meals. The view is excellent, food is delicious. Theprice will probably be worth to value. We shall come back here.

I must say We was truly shocked with the amount of provider at Roofino. It’s beyond bad and my suggestions from a recent stop by at them went totally unanswered. The subpar service begins as soon as I attained the restaurant. Two of my friendswere already right now there before me and I has been baffled whenever your waiter just simply told me they had been sitted outside rather than major me to the desk where my buddies were. In those days, one of my close friends had been in the washroom also it took me some time to locate our desk. While this alone can't be construed as poor service, however, this degree of service isn't something I'd have anticipated from Roofino. Then comes our purchasing. The waiter who was simply serving us will be either untrained or brand-new as he was quite slow in using down our purchase. Again, I has been baffled when I had been informed rudely by the waiter, "Wait around!" repeatedly while buying as he wasn't fast good enough on paper down our purchase. I possibly could think of twelve better methods how he may have better handled the problem rather than just rudely telling us "Wait around!" repeatedly. What really spoilt our entire evening was within my friend's special birthday. We were offered by Moaj, who delivered us our cake. There have been two candles and we questioned for his help lighting them up for all of us. One has been lighted and he informed us he couldn't light another one since it will burn off his fingers. I had been beyond baffled at this time and I informed him he could quickly shift the candle to lighting it. Viewing him continue to appear rather blurry, Then i decided to require his lighter to lighting the candle myself. What really was unacceptable has been when he uttered "super easy ..." sarcastically and repeatedly behind me while I had been trying to lighting the candle. Not merely he has unsuccessful his duty as a waiter, Moaj had been outright rude and totally unbecoming of just what a service personnel should be. We left that night time sensation frustrated and disappointed. Certainly, I'd never dine here again.
