一进门就很舒服的一间店。落座后开始选酒,跟店家浅聊了几句,开心之旅随即开启。店家得知了我的喜好之后,推荐了瀧自慢。并告诉我,如果有自带sake,那么店内消费一支后,就可以wavier the corkage…我的妈,你也太了解我了吧我赶紧接话:我车里有一支,还是冰的实话说,买一支后免自带酒水开瓶费,这个做法应该是“餐厅”的潜规则。但是在吉隆坡,几乎所有的餐厅都是照收开瓶费的,这一点真的让我觉得很小气。如果是居酒屋、小酒馆、酒吧,照收开瓶费,甚至谢绝外带酒水都是可以理解的,因为盈利方向不同。像Rokunana这样,这么丰富的sake选择,还依然为客人提供免费开瓶,真的要给个大写的赞然后来到餐食环节,刺身没什么好说的、只要新鲜,很难出错。现磨山葵又是加分(city里很多人均5、6百的omakase上的都是芥末泥)然后来了个配酒的鱼翅,居然都是现烤的,一点儿也不敷衍。接下来是扇贝肉,应该是事先熟成过,包括sashimi里的应该也是熟成扇贝,这都很正常,毕竟不是本地食材,需要保持鲜度,熟成要比冷冻更考验功力。进入串串阶段,我要了隐藏菜单,要求就是奇怪的部位都可以然后就开始拆盲盒般的撸串儿,两个不同版本的脖子、半熟小腿肌肉、鸡PP、心、肝、胗、皮。满分通过,真的是该爆汁的爆汁、该焦脆的焦脆、该弹牙的弹牙、该软烂的软烂。全程无槽点。第一支酒喝完,开了自带的今代司 人と 木と ひととき,一支稀有的纯木桶酿造清酒。要知道由于造价和产量原因,现在用木桶酿造清酒的酒造几乎灭绝了,这是“人和木” 从开瓶酒带着木桶的香气,把五百万石略微偏高的酸度,压得死死的,极致平衡。(跑题了….)这是我看见主厨拿出了几条金枪鱼大腩,其中有两条甚是肥美,一下儿破了防,立刻加单,并要求一定要Ōooo~toro 主厨也是真的使出浑身解数,搞了最ō 的那块给我们,并且还附送了两块“惊喜”,着实是把我哄的很开心,马上回请了店家,一起共享“人和木”,然后便是大家一致的认可:好酒!后续就是店家不停的送吃、我们开心的共饮!这间店方方面面都能感受到店家的用心、大方、以及高情商。我一定会再去。
