Another one of the countless Mamaks in Kuala Lumpur that we visited. They had a wider selection of dishes - some North Indian fare as well. We tried the thosai, set chapati dinner, tandoori chicken and nasi lemak. The food was just normal, nothing out of the ordinary. They had whole wheat chapatis which are so difficult to get in KL.

We wanted to have dinner at new mamak place around the neighborhood. We stumble upon this place and decided to try it out. I ordered Roti Telur and teh tarik, two favorite dishes that i always ordered when visiting mamaks. The roti telur was too oily and it makes me feel disappointed at once. The curry gravy was too salty and if it is not because of my hunger, I would not finish my meal. Teh tarik is okay.The service is, I would say above average considering how the place is.Our waiter was very friendly (too friendly in fact) and we joked around like long lost buddies. I just hope in the future, this place could upgrade their food standard, not for my sake but for theirs.

Suzuki Yakazama

Again, breakfast at mamak is a must! Roti telur with curry is my all time favourite. Well the roti telur was so nice. The softness and the crispy of the roti was perfect! The fish curry was very tasty and the vegetables had been throroughly soaked in it, so the goodness of the curry could be felt inside the eggplant and the ladysfingers. The place is just so-so nothing interesting with the interior design. Well, it is mamak right, hehe. The price is also very cheap same like other mamak.

Location is amazing, staff are really nice. Now about the food:Its really ordinary, for example butter chicken: isn't same as any other butter chicken that I already tried anywhere in the World. Naans too, very different. But some curries r nice here. It's mostly hangout for booze lovers.

Gökhan Tutka

This was a very lucky find in a great location close to bukit bintang. There is a few stalls out front with tables and chairs spilling onto the street and also an indoor area with fans and AC. The guys working here are very friendly and helpful and the service is so fast. It also stays open quite late. The curries are rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked Indian breads. Must try place.
