Jeder bekommt die Speisen direkt auf sein Blatt geschöpft, und dann wird mit der Hands, natürlich der rechten gegessen.Für Europäer ungewohnt und etwas abstoßfinish, mit der Hand im Essen herumzumatschen, aber therefore hat sera zu sein, und wir lassen uns drauf ein. Die Speisen schmecken gut. Sera wirkt mangels Ambientes etwas wie eine Massenabfütterung, aber uns hat sera geschmeckt.5 Punkte für denjenigen, der diese Erfahrung einmal machen könnte. Ich empfand sera als authentisch und gut. Wer öfter indisch essen geht in Kuala Lumpur, mag mir zustimmen oder auch nicht. Das kann ich nicht beurteilen.
